I had a sudden leak at my apartment, and Allied were able to arrive within two hours of my calling them. They came prepared with fans and dehumidifiers. After having the fans for a few days, the walls were deemed dry. This saved me (and my insurance) thousands of dollars, since oftentimes with water damage you must remove drywall to prevent mold growth. Oh, and the two reps I had, Luis and Jorge, were very friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had!

Wanted to share a great experience I had a couple of months ago. Was debating to even post this but I’m thankful because of their great work it has allowed my business to be comfortably up and running thanks to Jorge and his team.
Allied Restoration did an excellent job handling a smoke damage issue at my business. Jorge Negrete was great to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and very clear in his communication. He walked me through the entire process step by step and made sure I understood exactly what was being done what his team was doing and why.
The equipment they used looked high-end and ultimately did a great job deodorizing and purifying the air in the affected area. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail and best of all it was very timely. Highly recommend Allied for any restoration work — they know what they’re doing.

Everyone was so professional and empathetic to what I was going through. Ashley Escarcega maintained meticulous control over her operations, ensuring complete transparency and explicit inventory records.

I had an extremely positive experience with Allied. They were super responsive to my needs. My unit flooded as a result of poor preparation by a contractor/subcontractor to protect us from ongoing reconstruction work when Hurricane Hilary hit. As a result, my unit flooded. They did great work initially in helping curb the damage, and then were also responsible for packing my belongings after I had left the country and storing it. I can't recommend them enough. 5 stars all around.

A little about my experience. 10 months ago I filed a claim bc of a water main rupture, they came and replaced the drywall and tile. The tile was not a perfect match, I was prepared to live with it but they did not ensure my bathtub reattached, so I we had to start the whole project over. The new tile was great, but they reinstalled my shower glass crooked, the door glides were not drilled into the floor , someone just put silicone on them and they do not even stick to the tile. I keep finding all these mistakes and no attention to detail. Keep in mind this whole process took almost a year for a condo bathroom. The plumbers were not showing up, the work is shoddy, and the cleanup never happened. Consider hiring a different company if you need restoration, this was abysmal.

Involved with company since jan1and they finished on 5/9.horrible mess paint everywhere even a/c ducts the men working were Eddie and Jose Alvarez.they are from orlando Florida company is not reliable.job was sloppy and garbage everywhere. Insurance spoke of job being 3weeks.Blame is the owner the employees.Dont use allied restoration my opinion they suck..

Edwin and Allied did a great job with our project. We had to do significant interior/exterior and waterproofing. Excellent communication, working with insurance and work quality. Would recommend Edwin and the team.

This team displays the highest level of professionalism in everything they do! We reached out to them to help us renovate after some water damage and from start to finish they made sure we were supported and kept in the loop every step of the way. Andre and his team came out in less than 24 hrs, on a Saturday night no less. Victoria kept me in the loop with her emails and follow up and reassured me of the next steps we would need to take. Eric and JJ both made sure everything was restored back to its previous condition (possibly even better than the original) and they were truly one text/ phone call away. Both Eric and JJ also did a great job explaining how these renovations work, since we, like most people in this situation, have never had extensive repairs and it can feel overwhelming, but again Allied made sure we could rest easy and it would all be taken care of.
