Had an appointment booked with them for a consultation on window replacements. They didn't show up for the appointment. I called after 30 minutes and was told someone would call me back with an update shortly. I heard nothing. I waited another 30 minutes and then called again and was told someone would call me back, again. About 15 minutes later I got a text saying they had double booked my time slot and no one could make it today.

As someone who works and has to take off time for these types of things, it's super frustrating to have no one show up and wait for over an hour to even get an answer. Never calling them again.

We recently bought a home in N Portland that had 8 single-pane windows from the 1970s that were rusting and molding around the interior casing. We gave All Season Windows a call after some online research, reading multiple good reviews and discovering they were an Energy Trust of Oregon preferred contractor (offers cash incentives for upgrading your home to be more energy efficient).

All Season Windows were very professional and friendly . The sales person looked at my window problems and came up with a retrofit that work and fit perfectly. They also worked with me to qualify for an energy rebate from Energy Trust.

How to begin. I was really hesitant to make the decision to replace my vintage/historical windows. They were the ripple glass and cast beautiful shadows. But, I am so very, very – no regrets at all – pleased with my decision to replace 9 windows and one door. For me, it was a spendy decision, but I can already feel the difference in the temperature in the cold and I look forward to less intense heat in the summer. It is quieter, brighter and sweet. Once completed (far more rapidly than I anticipated), they were installed in one day and are stunning. They fit the historical feeling of my building, are easy to clean and I am beyond happy with the results. Absolutely NO complaints here – with the staff, the product and the service – all considerate, competent and human.

All-Season Windows installed fourteen new windows in my 1913 Craftsman farmhouse in 2010. All fourteen windows were installed in one day. Everyone who works for All-Season, from the sales team to the installation team, were friendly, helpful and efficient. My home was left in pristine condition when the job was done. Recently, I had a problem with one of the installed windows that needed a repair; one call to All-Season and my problem was fixed within two business days. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Had 3 grids on three windows were manufactured wrong, All Season Windows Carlos and his company expedited the correcting of this and we couldn't be happier! Installation was done on all 21 windows in one day in this 1924 house in Moreland, OR.
Carlos and Jeff were more than helpful in our paperwork with the Energy Trust of Oregon, helping us with our cash back.
The crew that installed the windows were prompt upon arrival. Worked all day with only one break, cleaned up and left no mess behind. We gave them a loaf of home made banana bread for their great job well done!

I had All Season Windows replace my windows in 2011, and they did a fantastic job!I can see so much difference. I save on my utility bills, and my house was nice and cool in the summer time and warm and cozy on the winter.
I had some water pooling at the bottom of the track by the screen. I called All Season Windows and they came out the same day to fix it. Come to find out the weep holes were dirty and clogged. They took the vacuum and cleaned it right out!
I've never been so happy with the service!

LOVED All Season Windows

We are so happy with how our window project turned out. We replaced 12 windows and 2 doors with beautiful new double pane windows. This company is partnered with energy trust of oregon so there was no trouble getting our energy cash rebate. All our wants and needs were accounted for and they took care of everything for us, didn't have to lift a finger. Quality was very important to us, because we didn't want to deal with any problems five or ten years from now we didn't just want something cheep. The price tag was still right in line with the others for what we thought was a better deal. We we will use them again when we change out our siding and will recommend them to everyone. Thanx :-)
