I love All My Cryo. I love the sauna pod and recommend this to anyone with inflammation or an injury. It’s very soothing. I really feel like it’s helping my arthritis and knee injury. I also did the salt chamber and I feel like it’s helping my allergies. The owners are knowledgeable and really nice. The girls working there are really nice and helpful. I am so glad I went with my friend to her appointment. If you just want to know how everything works, they have reasonable packages where you can try different machines so you can see what you prefer and get a feel for what’s helpful for you personally.
