All My Cryo

I was freaked out and nervous, but honestly, it went by so fast. I made the 3 minute mark and came out feeling great. I'm going back next week and feel more prepared. So far, I like it and the staff is AMAZING!!! Thank you for your help today Michelle!!!

I came in for the cryo therapy after reading about this online. I have to be honest, I was a little hesitant. I walked into the chamber with an achy lower back and soreness in between my shoulders. I walked onto the chamber and closed my eyes to avoid looking at the time and did a mini meditation to help me with the freezing temperature. Once I opened my eyes I had 10 seconds left so I made it thru the 3 minutes. My body temp was taken prior to walking in and right as I walked out . It was 96.5 and dropped to 42. This definitely gave my entire body a shock. The lower back pain and shoulder ache was gone. I would recommend cryo to anyone who feels body aches as pain. Im definitely going back.
The staff is wonderful and the owner, Michelle is excellent at explaining the entire process. They offer a variety of services so check then out and support our local businesses.

Fantastic Experience!

I was in a bad car accident years ago and have residual back pain. I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since then. After years of trying different methods from medication to physical therapy to acupuncture, I dealt with pain everyday with minimal relief. I had gotten into a routine where I had to do certain exercises everyday and minimize other activity. I could no longer enjoy playing with my children outside and if I wanted to do something such as help out at their school, spend the day with them at a theme park, or anything that required me being constantly on my feet, then I had to be prepared to not be able to do anything for at least a couple days afterwards. I would literally be laid out on the couch unable to do barely anything. There would be days where the pain was so bad if I simply wanted to be able to stand up and move across the room I would have to use a cane....
