I am from the east coast decided to try the sauna pod on a whim and so grateful I did as I have trying to loose weight for 4 years and lost 115 lbs thus far stuck at a plateau for 3 months after 6 sessions over 3 weeks I lost 7 lbs and got some of the best sleep I have ever had. Everyone needs to try this!!!! Also the staff are so kind and helpful you can tell they enjoy they’re job.
