I am a senior athlete and I was referred by a friend to try this out. I absolutely love it. The staff was awesome explained everything perfectly. With my age getting out of bed I had to work everything out it's so much easier now plus my ankles which were just a little swollen aren't swollen any longer. I will continue this 1-2 times a week.
