All My Cryo

I first heard about this place from a local friend of mine while at the gym. I was excited to give cryo a try given the fact that I had tried cryo at my own gym although what makes this cryotherapy place different is that they have more things to offer than my gym. I like that they have the sauna pod its the best and the compression. Also, I feel so relaxed and less stressed even from the first initial visit. I felt like a new person and my pain and inflammation went down significantly. I also lost weight and I can actually see my abs for once! Now thats a game changer! Considering that I recently had some minor health issues this has helped me so much and with staying consistent with my workouts by building a good level of endurance.
