All My Cryo

I was referred here by a friend that loves the place the, staff and services. I was talked into doing the CRYO. This was a unique experience I’d say I’ve done cold plunges which I think take a lot more out of you and are quite a bit more intense. This gave me that same energetic glow you get as the cold plunge but without taxing your body to bad. The helpful staff there have been great Michelle and Nina are both balls of light and also very knowledgeable. And go over all the safety stuff ahead of time and are there to check on you in you need anything. If you’re interested in a cold therapy routine this place would be a great place to start!
