Our spring broke late on a Sunday evening, we called A-1 that night and they set up a service call for the next day with a window of 12:00-4:00. Our service technician, actually showed up a few minutes early, introduced himself in a very friendly and professional way and then got to work doing a full assessment of our garage door system. It turns out that we had a few other issue in addition to our broken spring so he presented 3 different price options to the repairs. Craig was professional, informational and not all pushy when presenting all the options. He gave me all the information and let me pick the option that best fit my needs. The garage door now works like brand new and Craig left everything spotless when he left. Very satisfied and would highly recommend A-1 Garage Doors.

My house flooded during Eta and my garage door stopped working. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. My appt was set for between 12 and 4 and they were at my house by noon! So polite and thorough. They more than met my needs! I would refer A-1 Garage Doors to my friends.

My garage door broke yesterday and I thought it was my 18-yr old garage door opener. The first company I thought of was A-1 due their amount of advertising. Being that I was in dire straits, as well as reading the good reviews, I decided to call them. The reception was just like it is on TV. The dispatcher patiently listened to my issue and put me on the schedule for the next day. The tech, Shane, diagnosed my problem which was the door itself, not the opener. He fixed it in 45 minutes, followed all the Covid safety protocols, was very pleasant and professional. He even showed me how to lubricate the hinges, which I had been very uneasy in the past. I will be calling them definitely for my garage door needs.

These guys replaced an old spring that broke on one of my doors. They came out when they said they would, charged what they said they would. Did quality work.
