I’m an experience wood furniture refinished. So when Andy came over, explained the whole process to refinish our kitchen floor and stairwell, I knew that HE knew what he was doing! We booked him right away and love the results. The whole team was professional, punctual, thorough, and efficient. Very impressed!  I checked out a few hardwood flooring firms, and decided on All Hardwood Floors.  Andy is very professional and articulate.  He and his staff are very receptive to emails and phone calls.  His prices are in line with the other firms, and significantly lower than general contractors. Shortly after going through all of the details, Andy sent me a contract.  All of the work and expectations were clearly described.  There were zero questions about what would be done, what would not be done, and how long the job would take.  There were also zero questions about what would be expected of me (e.g.  moving furniture, thermostat settings).  His workers showed up on time, on the days they were scheduled.  They were very friendly and professional.  They thoroughly covered windows, cabinets, stairs, and everything else with dropcloths and tape.  After the job was done, there was... Our 1921 Norwalk center hall colonial was in desperate need of having its floors redone. From the beginning, Andy and his team handled me with grace and courtesy, always picking up the phone or answering my *semi - annoying texts (even on the 4th of July!). Sebastian made multiple visits to our home for color testing all before 7am to accommodate our busy schedule and Kathy in the office was a pleasure to work with.
