Andy came to my house at a time I told him would be convenient for me, and talked my wife and I through the whole process. He was totally upfront about what he would recommend we do, and was honest about what we should spend money on. For instance, the floors upstairs were pretty good as-is, and Andy didn't add any pressure for us to redo those. So, you could tell he sincerely wanted to make the house look better, and not try to push any extra services.
