It's great to know that there are still some contractors out there that don't take advantage of you when they can. Vinny is one of those guys.

I had birds getting into my fireplace so called a couple of companies to get an estimate on a new cap. The first company came over and told me it would be about $3,500 for a new chimney cap and flashing. That sounded crazy to me.

Vinny came the next day and looked at the chimney cap and took pictures for me. He told me the cage on the chimney cap was pulled up a bit and he secured it with stainless steel screws to make sure it didn't happen again. He also fixed a piece of siding that came off the chimney during a recent storm.
