Timely availability, service can be done within days, sometimes same day. Office staff and service tech interacted with both spoke my language English well (why does this matter - for a job where specific requirements need to be communicated, its helps in getting the job done right if there are no translation difficulties, because have been before on the other not so good side of the fence with some other contractors from other companies). Truck with trailer with large water tank sufficient enough to do medium size house without hook up to your own house water supply. Pricing good typically around $250 for say 1500-2000 sq ft house and around $300 for larger 3000 sq ft house. Service tech did walk around house before and after job understanding needs and cleaned house sufficiently.
