I have mini aussie puppy that was very timid. They spent so much extra time with him and he is a different dog now. Alcala has very experienced help, the facility is spotless, and I never worry when my dogs stay there. 😉

My Australian Shepherd, Rocket, is a very anxious dog. He has a great time and relaxes because of the great care.

Alcala is a wonderful pet hotel. I am always so thankful for the great care they provide my kitty.

We have been coming to Alcala for 15 years. The staff are so caring and nice and when we pick up our dog, we can tell he has treated with love.

I have been going to Alcala for many years with my pets. I have had excellent service. Allison has been grooming my cat and dog for some years now and she is the best. I’m disappointed in the price for boarding my animals. It did go up quite a bit in the last year. I can’t afford it like I used to.

I love Alcala Country Pet because they take good care of my dog Ellie. I have been going there for years and never had any problems. I can check on my dog while I’m away and they always let me know how she is doing.

We had such a positive experience with Cydney doing Puppy Kindergarten training classes. Cydney shared a lot of great training techniques (all based in positive psychology) that were easy to do at home, and it’s made such a big difference in our puppy’s behaviors. Matt was also really helpful when we reached out about continued training. We’re excited to try the boarding and daycare options too.
