Alcala is a wonderful pet hotel. I am always so thankful for the great care they provide my kitty.

We have been coming to Alcala for 15 years. The staff are so caring and nice and when we pick up our dog, we can tell he has treated with love.

I have been going to Alcala for many years with my pets. I have had excellent service. Allison has been grooming my cat and dog for some years now and she is the best. I’m disappointed in the price for boarding my animals. It did go up quite a bit in the last year. I can’t afford it like I used to.

I love Alcala Country Pet because they take good care of my dog Ellie. I have been going there for years and never had any problems. I can check on my dog while I’m away and they always let me know how she is doing.

We had such a positive experience with Cydney doing Puppy Kindergarten training classes. Cydney shared a lot of great training techniques (all based in positive psychology) that were easy to do at home, and it’s made such a big difference in our puppy’s behaviors. Matt was also really helpful when we reached out about continued training. We’re excited to try the boarding and daycare options too.

We are so grateful for Alcala Country Pet Resort! The peace of mind in having a great place to board your loved one makes owning a pet so much easier. Whether is for boarding or a bath or both our dog prances right to the front door. BTW the baths are amazing!

I had to board my cat for about 5 days due to moving into the San Diego area from out of state and not having a proper place for her to stay while I get our housing situation settled. The staff at Alcala were super friendly, patient and welcoming with my boyfriend and I when we had to say goodbye to our kitty and when we got to come back and say Hi for picking her up. They also keep the cats in a whole different building from the dogs which soothed my worries of my cat having to listen to loud noises and barking. They even let me pick her cat condo out of a few options! And all of the options were sizable and comfy! I will 100% board her here again if I ever need to. Thank you Alcala Country Pet Resort!!
