We’ve boarded our pets at Alcala for over 20 years. We’re very pleased with the way they cared for our pets. It’s a full service pet resort where not only do they board pets but they also groom dogs too. The cats are boarded in a separate building. I have been going to Alcala for many years with my pets. I have had excellent service. Allison has been grooming my cat and dog for some years now and she is the best. We had such a positive experience with Cydney doing Puppy Kindergarten training classes. Cydney shared a lot of great training techniques (all based in positive psychology) that were easy to do at home, and it’s made such a big difference in our puppy’s behaviors.
