Alcala Country Pet Resort

We have been taking our 15 year old terrier mix dog to Alcala for a while and everyone there is so nice and caring. About a week ago while we are on vacation, they called to let us know that our dog had probably suffered a stroke and was not good. Since I couldn't pick her up and take her to the vet, Maddy ( I am not sure of the spelling) took her for us and helped us so much by being there with the vet when we couldn't be. She is so caring and felt just as bad as we did when Izzie passed. I don't know what we would have done without her. She is wonderful and was our angel.

My friend referred us here and used them many times since. Our boy dog Peewee gets so excited when he realizes where we are headed on the car ride. We joke He’s going to camp💜 Highly recommend to all Dog lovers. Bonus you can also get your dogs groomed too.

Of the wonderful staff and how much that they care for our two labradoodles… my boys are happy to go for morning play .. and did a great job on their first 4 day sleep over .. they take great care of our dogs !!

Alcala Pet Resort takes very good care of my dog. I trust them. . They insist on up to date vaccinations. The groomers also do a good job with baths and pedicures.

We have used alcala for over a decade for both grooming and vacation career and have never been disappointed .

I have used Alcala for many years and drop my dog there a few days every week for day care and frequently for kenneling when I am traveling. The staff are friendly and professional and do a great job of keeping hm happy. The facility is great and I have never had any experience that is less than great. I recommend to all my friends and work colleagues. Steve

Allison is AMAZING! I’ve been taking my dog for grooming since 2014 and absolutely love her and Alcala as a whole. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My sister boards her dog here as well and always has a positive experience.
