Allison is AMAZING! I’ve been taking my dog for grooming since 2014 and absolutely love her and Alcala as a whole. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My sister boards her dog here as well and always has a positive experience.

I recommend Alcala Country Pet Resort because I have been a customer for years, both boarding and day care. I have boarded my dogs for 2-3 weeks at a time when i travel internationally. In the last year I have used the day care services, first because of the extreme heat we had locally a few months ago, and I will continue to do so when I am working a lot so they don't get restless and wreak the house. They love Alcala as much as they do the local dog park. In particular, every dog I have had over the last many years loves Adam. When we pull in the driveway they can't wait to get out of the car - and at the end of the day they are also happy. The same experience I have had when boarding the dogs over the years. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that their computer system is a bit confusing, and I don't want to book something and have to call to be sure I can drop them off when i... Read more >

Its a wonderful kennel; dogs are well cared for and have fun. I have a rescue who just loves it and it helped us both to deal with her separation anxiety. Also, I have been taking my dogs there for decades (boarding, bathing, day care) and can only report good things all around over many years.
