Alcala Country Pet Resort

I feel confident leaving my older cat with Alcala Country Pet Resort. The senior suite without multiple levels is good for her limited mobility. I have never had any issues at all with reserving, dropping off, or picking up -- service is always prompt and friendly. In addition, my most recent boarding is the first time I've received a "report card" with photos, and this was really a fantastic extra touch. I love this place. I enrolled my shy guy into the day training program. He is half way through his first sessions and I am seeing amazing progress. The staff and trainers are super responsive. And I love how clean/secure the facilities are. I feel my little dude is in great hands. I appreciate how strict staff is with vaccines too!! Keeping our fur babies safe and healthy. This place is a GEM.
