Alcala Country Pet Resort

I have been taking my golden retriever to Alcala since she was a puppy and she's now almost 4 years old. She absolutely loves it there! It's her home away from home. We have a 2 year old Golden Doddle named Maizie. She is a member of our family and very precious to us. Alcala was referred to us from other members of our community. We met Maddy and she gave us a tour of the facilities that was very family orientated and loving. All the employees know our dog by name and she loves spending the night and also having all her grooming needs met at this one facility. They are all very loving and the groomer also pointed out a potential health concern and we were able to see a vet about it. We highly recommend and endorse this pet resort. Read more >

We have been taking our 15 year old terrier mix dog to Alcala for a while and everyone there is so nice and caring. About a week ago while we are on vacation, they called to let us know that our dog had probably suffered a stroke and was not good. Since I couldn't pick her up and take her to the vet, Maddy ( I am not sure of the spelling) took her for us and helped us so much by being there with the vet when we couldn't be. She is so caring and felt just as bad as we did when Izzie passed. I don't know what we would have done without her. She is wonderful and was our angel.
