Cydney has been a phenomenal trainer. Buddy Boy is a pistol, quite full of himself. Cydney has been very instrumental in helping us in training and giving us strategies for loose leash walking, recall, sit, down, stay and relaxation. He is much better behaved because of Cydney’s efforts in working with us.
Cydney has been very responsive with our questions and has sent us training videos to also help us in oir at-home training.
We give Cydney and Alcala a five-star rating!!!

Our family loves Alcala, our 10 lb miniature schnauzer always has a great time and gets lots of attention. We appreciate how kind, caring and helpful the staff is, especially when looking after her during boarding because she has some specific care needs. They are always so accommodating and helpful. We love that there is always someone on the property, even at night for extra safety and that the dogs get plenty of space to stretch their legs and be outside. Cannot recommend enough! Read more >

We have used Alcala for many years starting with our English Springer Spaniels. We started with the original owners. Now, we have a Goldendoodle puppy and have sent him to Alcala several times for daycare and also overnight boarding. It is an excellent experience. All of the employees obviously love animals and we can see how much our dog loves going there. He gets excited just walking through the door. I would recommend Alcala to anyone.
