We absolutely love Alcala Pet Resort! My husband and I bring our golden retriever here for day training, and everything about the experience is top tier. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the grounds are clean and beautifully maintained, and they’re always accommodating if something unexpected comes up.

Most importantly, I have complete trust in their care—our pup is safe, happy, and genuinely excited every time we pull into the parking lot. Cydney, our trainer, has been amazing. She’s made such a noticeable difference in his impulse control, which has allowed us to include him in more of our everyday outings.

We could go on forever about how great Alcala is. It’s clear they truly care about the animals in their care, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Acala pet resort for its exceptional service. As the owner of three energetic Dalmatians, I can attest that they thoroughly enjoy their stays. We opt for the enrichment package, which caters to their unique needs. Dill and Hunter are fond of the food-driven puzzles, while Gram prefers the snifaris and extra cuddle time. The resort's attention to detail, including baths on the day of departure, is impressive. Any issues that arise during their stay are promptly communicated to me. I have complete confidence in the care provided by Acala, which greatly enhances my vacation experience. Knowing that my pets are in capable hands allows me to truly relax.

We have been coming to Alcala for a few years now and I have nothing but kind things to say! Grooming staff is absolutely amazing! Kristin always has our girl looking amazing! Kennel staff is kind and great! Always a great experience!!

I would highly recommend Alcala Country Pet Resort. We bring our dog Whiskey to Alcala for daycare and boarding. Recently we worked with Cydney on individual training with Whiskey. Cydney was very knowledgeable about training issues we had with Whiskey. She had so many insights on how to improve Whiskey's training at home and at camp. We love bringing Whiskey to Alcala for all of their services. I feel confident leaving Whiskey in their care when we have to board him for vacations or for daycamp. Cydney is so good with Whiskey and we made a lot of progress in our training sessions.
