They lost important paperwork which resulted in huge consequences for me and nobody ever acknowledged what happened or apologized. This is paperwork that is personally and professionally important to me and it was treated like it didn’t exist. I am infuriated. My counselor is very good but the office needs a lot of organizational assistance and attention. If many people had disregarded this type of paperwork in their careers, they’d lose their jobs.
