Service can be a little strict on fees but a amazing office to get the help you need

Scheduled my first appointment with Lilli and arrived at the scheduled time and the door was locked. I texted the business phone number, they are more responsive via text than by phone, to let them know I had arrived and the door was locked. I received a prompt response via text saying they would reach out to Lilli. 15 minutes into my appointment I receive a text saying Lilli is running late and 30 minutes away. Completely unprofessional and very frustrating.

I have been very impressed with the quality of the counselors, even after I needed to make a switch

I have a great experience with my therapyst Misty Ciepiela. I wanted to have tools to deal w my issues. She is doing just that.
