Albuquerque Family Counseling

My wife & I were seeing Erika for couples therapy. She made us both feel heard. She is attentive during sessions. Unfortunately she lacks care for her patients outside of appts, lacks keeping control of/structuring sessions, doesnt fulfill her promises & is always 5-15 min late. Our appts & homework never felt cohesive. She couldnt remember things she had talked about or sent us regarding HW/info. One time she said she would send HW/assessment results about 15 mins after our appt, but never sent them. Over the next 2 days we sent an email and a text about it. She didn’t reply. 5 days later she sent a quick email with the results after we called her & she answered the phone like she didnt know who was calling. We had an appt on 07/13/22.
