I don’t know if Covid has caused people not wanting to work. I’ve been remodeling my home and been having such a hard time finding people to work. This company is awesome! They showed up! They worked hard and replaced my AC and furnace in one day!! I haven’t had the chance to use it because it was just done today. Today is a beautiful day and neither air or heat is needed but Friday will be 90 and I will let you know! They guarantee their work and for the first 3 years they come out and check it twice a year to make sure all is good and it’s for free!!!

We needed a new central air unit and furnace. My wife was told “we were going to be too needy” and they would be more expensive than their competitors. The person was very rude and extremely unprofessional. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time calling them! Why bother?

I can’t give enough kudos to the whole team at AirLux. Shawn the manager is very cordial and kind and tries to be very accommodating. Jim, one of the technicians was very meticulous in his analysis on my mother-in-laws A/C unit and his friendliness and patience sold me on encouraging my mother-in-law to buy their ac unit and install it. Nate, the owner is very positive, engaging, energetic and friendly. I really like these folks and will use them to service my furnace and A/C from now on. I’ve dealt with 3 other companies in the Berrien County area and was hugely disappointed because of their ineptness to perform with high ethics and quality. 5 stars and beyond to AirLux—Dave Oakley

AirLux to the rescue! They are the best! We installed a hot water heater on Sunday, and it messed with our A/C unit. Jim found the problem very quickly and fixed it. Our A/C unit got a tune up, and it's running great! I will call AirLux for ALL of my heating and air conditioning needs! They are honest, and don't charge you an arm and a leg, and are very personable. AirLux is the best! I have referred them to three of my neighbors already.

Installed system myself & needed help with final hookup of AC unit. Tech was very nice & called his Boss. Since I had mixed refrigerants I had completely ruined my units & needed new. Said his boss would get back with me with a price of new units. Never got back with me, left me hanging. Thanx!

We had our furnace and AC replaced one year ago by AirLux. After having them operate within all four seasons, we cannot recommend AirLux enough. They worked well with our timeframe, offered several options for both furnace and AC unit, had quick installation and great communication. Nate and his team are fantastic!
