Nate informed me that instead of doing that the service person should have done a thorough diagnostic and changed me for it instead of just changing the battery. I agree.
He was there to do a maintenance check. What is the purpose of him being paid to service the furnace if he was not going to do the investigation and determine what was the cause then inform the client so that the problem could be remedied. I have three properties that I entrusted to this company!
