Wonderful! My daughter was at our house with her 4 month old and her dogs along with ours and woke up to the house at 88 degrees.She called first thing in the morning and they said they'd be there between 3-6. Then they called and said they could be there by 9:30, which was within the hour. We were out of the country, and we really appreciated how easy they made it for her on our behalf. They had to replace the motor and had it with them. They allowed us to pay by card and got the job done very quickly, and the house was cooling down right after that. They made sure the thermostat and everything looked good all the way around before they left her there. Thank you so much for your fast service and reliability! My furnace suddenly stopped on 7/3, the day before a holiday at 4:30pm. I put a call in to Air Lux, expecting to not even get a return call until after the 4th of July Holiday--- but I was wrong. I had incredible service from their dispatcher Andy who picked up the call right away. He said he would get someone out to my on the 5th for sure, but would try to see if he could get me something sooner. He called me the very next morning and I had a repair tech out to my house by 12pm ON THE HOLIDAY. Matt was awesome. Not only was he professional and kind, but he assessed the problem right away, fixed it....and took the time time to explain my furnace and my air conditioning system to me. He made suggestions to update my filter system to something more friendly and efficient. I was beyond impressed with their company. Airlux is awesome and Jim Perrine, their technician is top quality. Jim is very super meticulous and takes time to explore any issues with precision. He doesn’t just do a “hand wave” of an attitude that it’ll somehow do ok, no way, Jim targets in and will get the service done exceptionally. Of all things, he discovered mice building a nest and chewing on my electrical wires in my A/C unit outside. He replaced the wires and cleaned the nest out and plugged the holes where the little critters were coming in by. Wow! He also washed and cleaned my unit!
