Had AirLux out to install a gas furnace, air conditioning, mini splits, and an on demand gas water heater in a nearly 65 year old house that has never had gas or forced air in it before. So it was a complete install. Work was done thoroughly and professionally and we could not be happier! Our electric bill would normally jump from $100 to nearly $600 in the winter so actually looking forward to that December electric bill. Thank you Nate Addison and the rest of the team for a job well done!

First of all started from the beginning, when Greg came and first talk to us and explain everything and heard our needs, Greg was understanding and work with us ! Then we had our Furnace installed with excellent workers, Denis , Kirk and Luis they didn't mind me asking questions as they were working explained what they were doing and explained to me how to work with the new furnace and 24/7 call if I needed anything on the furnace , I can't ask for anything more from a awesome respectable Company BW/COOK! Very professional and fast service!

TLDR: AirLux is dishonest, seek a second opinion on anything they say.

We moved into our house a couple years ago and the AC was very weak. We called AirLux and they sent a tech out. We paid a couple hundred bucks for a standard tune-up and a cleaning of the outdoor portion of our system. Our system died a week later. They came out again to diagnose and told us it couldn't be repaired and we needed a new AC system. We called another company for a second opinion and they were able to repair it for $80 and it has worked fine since then. All we needed was a new capacitor. We didn't contact anyone from AirLux about this. A while later an AirLux sales person started calling saying our furnace was old and probably had a gas leak and we should buy a new furnace and AC. We have several detectors around the house that never registered a leak, and the previous owners HVAC guy...

Nate and his AirLux team were fabulous!!! Professional. Trustworthy. I gave them a key to my house! They set the standard so high I can’t imagine anyone else even coming close. Select them for your HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

We decided to get ahead of winter, so we scheduled a furnace inspection. Boy I’m glad we did. Our igniter was reading way off, was cracked and one of the capacitors had been previously replaced. The tech found it was not not secured properly by the last company that serviced it, causing it to rust. The serviceman Jim was knowledgeable and tested both items in front of us and let us decide if we wanted to replace them. He also gave me the option to purchase their annual plan, which saved me money on replacing the parts. I couldn’t be happier with the company and service. From the initial call to Shawn, who scheduled my appointment to the updated on arrival time and to completion, pure professionalism! Don’t hesitate to give them a call.
