I called AirLux to get a quote on a new central air unit, left a quick message with answering service, Nate called me back a short time later, that same day Nate came out for the quote. I researched every furnace-manufacturer available. I spent a month reading reviews ,web sites etc. I throughly educated myself on HVAC equipment. I narrowed my search down to four manufacturers and four dealers, met with each one and received four quotes. Here’s the bottom line it all boils down to the installer and installation.. Nate answered all my questions , answered all my phone calls with more questions. Nate came to my house several times to discuss my installation. AirLux installed a new furnace and central air. Woke up on a Sunday morning to a furnace that wouldn't stay running.
