As a working parent, time, money, and simplicity are vital. Not only did AirLux provide text reminders to let me know theIr service guy was in route to my home, but he went above and beyond. Nate is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and explains things in a way I could understand after diagnosing the problem with my air quality, a/c, and heating system. He was also honest and provided sensible solutions to minor problems I thought were major. He is not a salesman in a trade suit. He gave me honest, quality information so I was able to make an informed decision. It was nice to know I had choices. It is difficult to find professional, responsive, honest, quality, and good value for trade services in our area. AirLux heating & cooling blew that outta the water!
