We decided to get ahead of winter, so we scheduled a furnace inspection. Boy I’m glad we did. Our igniter was reading way off, was cracked and one of the capacitors had been previously replaced. The tech found it was not not secured properly by the last company that serviced it, causing it to rust. The serviceman Jim was knowledgeable and tested both items in front of us and let us decide if we wanted to replace them. He also gave me the option to purchase their annual plan, which saved me money on replacing the parts. I couldn’t be happier with the company and service.
