i waited 6 hours for a phone call from a technician and never received one. i called every couple hours to check in because i thought it was weird no one could call and tell me whether or not they could come today, tomorrow, or even in a couple days and no one ever once said they were busy, they told me they weren’t sure why the technician didn’t reach out yet. this company has updated their response to me FOUR times, some of which their responses were shitty telling me it’s my fault i didn’t call other companies in the mean time. they care more about their google reviews. they responded quicker to my review on google than putting me on the schedule (which they never did) the next company i called put me on the schedule immediately even though i was a new customer. please everyone do yourselves a favor and avoid this company at all costs if you want heat in your home. also airlux-...
