I don’t recommend their laser hair removal services. Personnel is great, and employees are nice but I’ve done 12 sessions and I have more hair then when I started. It’s an expensive procedure, but unfortunately they said they can’t do anything. I’ve asked at least for 50% refund since I need to go and find different salon to do this treatment right. Attached are pictures after 12 sessions (on high setting). Don’t think their laser machine is effective.

This salon completely botched my Brazilian laser hair removal. Gave me zebra stripes. I called them up and they kept saying it was normal. Like no... it's not. I've gotten laser hair removal in the same area from other salons multiple times and usually the entire area is treated and I am not left looking like a zebra down there. To their credit, they did refund me, but alas now I have to go get it fixed else where and am left looking clownish.

I’ve been super disappointed by my service here, I got a cosmelan peel to try and prep for a wedding. The peel can be extensive and requires so a few days of social down time so I arranged to have it done when I had a few days off in a row. The day before I was scheduled to come in I received a call if needed to be rescheduled because they didn’t have it in stock. So o took off FIVE days from work for no reason… I rescheduled and then my nurse got sick which I completely understood so again it needed to be rescheduled. Then after my peel I began having so questionable side effects that looked like cellulitis because my skin was raised, red, swollen and hot to touch , now it’s healing with extensive discoloration. They failed to remove any hair but somehow scarred my skin with their lasers. Horrible customer service on top of that when they refused to fix their shoddy work.
