I have been here a handful of times for Botox on my forehead. I once had a terrible outcome, with collapse of one eyelid and extreme hooding of the eye. When I tried again, I was very clear about being sure or avoid whatever injections caused the associated muscle paralysis and extreme drooping, and achieved natural results… just needed fewer units, only on upper forehead. I just went in for Botox to help look refreshed for a big upcoming event. I communicated my concern to the nurse (reminded her about avoiding drooping), and she assured me her plan would not cause this. She sold me 10 more units than I asked for, and seemed very confident. My right eyebrow and eyelid have dramatically fallen and I look deformed on one side of my face. Not only will I look terrible for my event, but I will have to wait months to have a normal looking face again. I am extremely disappointed.... and...

I had an IPL done.
And it didn’t even look like I had it done!😔
there was no redness or peeling right afterwards.
I asked Janet at the time.
( the nurse practitioner ) to go up on the settings.. and she said no.
I told her I don’t even feel it.
I’ve had IPL done before not at this place.
When I got home, my face didn’t even look like I had anything done to it!
I feel I got ripped off! 😩
I think it’s Because the settings was to low.
It was my first time going to this place, but it wasn’t my first time having it done.
This is the reason why I’m giving them a one star rating!
I wish I could get my money back!
It wasn’t even worth it! 😔

Y=This is my go to place, Janet and her staff are Amazing. My friends love them too. Great prices and the Best service, Janet is so good and her trade and she don't mess around with things that don't work for you!

My favorite place for laser hair removal, IPL and Morpheus 8. Caroline is the best!

Beware—the Groupon deal for cool sculpting is a scam. The Groupon claims to be for one CoolSculpting treatment, and in the fine prints lists typical treatment areas (abdomen, hips, arms, etc). When I went in for my consultation she told me a treatment area was the size of a 4”x3” pad. I only wanted to do my lower abdomen area and that would’ve required a minimum area of 4 pads, aka 4 times what my Groupon was worth. Even though my Groupon was worth $1000 and she claimed my entire treatment area was worth $1600, she said the Groupon was only worth the size of a single pad. A complete waste of my time and I wish they would’ve brought this up during my initial phone call.

I’ve came here for my anti-aging treatments since 2020. Janet always perform the treatments for me and she is awesome! She always listens to my concerns, make recommendations when applicable, and perform the treatments professionally. There’s no hard selling of anything in here, price is always good, and I always feel comfortable coming back for future treatments.
