Fantastic company, highly recommended! Jacob was terrific to work with! His team was prompt and the whole process of selling our dilapidated house was super easy. His inspection team came out the same day as our initial communication and we had an extremely fair offer later that evening and contracts to sell "as-is" sent digitally the next day! They allowed us to set a closing date (which we actually changed and he accommodated!) and they covered all attorney fees and closing costs.
Other home buying agencies have many fees and will offer you your homes "market value" up-front, but then they send an army of inspectors later on to "adjust" the initial offer based on work that may need to be done.
