Superficial and ineffective inspection. Failed to catch water stains at front bedroom or rear bathroom of house showing water damage. It would have been helpful to at least identify these issues to conduct further investigations. With these two obvious issues missed, I can’t imagine what else is lurking. I have told my realtor he should stop booking this company for inspections.

Bruce you asked. Paul inspected my home- He missed the following- 1) there is a gas leak (since fixed) in the barbeque, 2) there were roots from ficus trees which caused the cracking in the flagstone 3) there was a significant round stain in the carpet in the dining room which could not be removed about 36" in diameter 4) there was a carpet runner GLUED to the carpeting in the master bedroom. It is unclear why. But the runner and glue has ruined the carpet and it needs to be replaced.

Further the ice maker in the refrigerator works and was not tested.

overall I paid you $850 dollars for a deficient inspection which now as a result of Paul's errors is costing me a lot of money to mitigate. So, I'm writing you now and wondering what you feel appropriate at this point.. my email is chuckiecc@gmail.com
