I had to wait over 35 minutes to get in when I made the lunchtime appt. When I made the appt I was told it would take 20 minutes do I assumed I would be done by 1pm. (I was about 6 min late for my appt as I went to the wrong suite first.)
The lady who did the injections was nice and conscientious. The gentleman who came in first (what I felt was insensitive and borderline rude) insinuated I needed more than I was getting due to my age.
