I came in for the new keralase procedure that involves the LaseMD ultra laser and proprietary Kerafactor solution for hair growth.

I waited 50 minutes to be seen (having drove an hour away from LA). Once I was seen we went into the laser room where I saw the laseMD ultra laser, I was excited!

Everything went smoothly for the laser, minimal pain, and Suzanne was very sweet!

After the laser section of the treatment was completed Suzanne left the room and her assistant then took over the procedure by what I thought to have been (and still hope) the Kerafactor solution (growth factors).

Towards the end of applying the “kerafactor” I asked him if I could see the bottle, as I was interested to see what it looked like, he then abruptly put the vial in the sharps container, which I thought was particularly odd.
