Very satisfied I went with this roofing company. Right from the beginning with the inhome consultation by rep William who explaned what they will be doing was clear and concise. He was down to earth, friendly and explained options I had for shingles, underlay and what they would be doing. I did like the consultation sit down experience.

Other companies I had quotes from just placed a quote ion my door.and I didn’t understand what was what on it, which left me scratching my head as to what exactly I was getting for my money. Thats not the case with ALR. Other companies should take lessons from this approach of quoting.

The process was very easy from start to finish. They were close to the install date, however I didn't need to bother them about it. Very professional people to deal with, from the estimate to the install they carried themselves well.
