I started Adrian Hearing Center about nine years ago. It was a refreshing atmosphere to step into since 1.) Tom was obviously very knowledgeable with the whole spectrum of what an individual faces when one realizing that there is a need for hearing assistance. 2.) Tom also displayed a non-salesman approach, something that was a refreshing change after visiting three other competitors. 3.) Finally, the quality of product and the after service he has given over the last nine years has been the best. And always does with a genuine and sincere servant's heart.

I needed to replace my old hearing aids, which weren't the most effective to begin with, I'd had a lot of feedback, everything was amplified making it hard to in understand noisy environments. I had heard good things about Adrian Hearing Center and decided to check them out. It was the best thing I could have done. Tom Nonnenmacher, tested my hearing and we discussed different aids. I chose a Starkey, and have been so impressed with the how my new aids perform. After wearing them for a few weeks, I noticed I had trouble in restaurants, stopped in and Tom instructed me to touch the button on my left aid, which I immediately heard the word "crowd", touching it the second time, I heard the word, "normal". Tried it out a few days later, and it still wasn't that helpful, stopped in and Tom made an adjustment, and it has been wonderful, I can use it in...

This has been such a great experience for me. Being able to hear again is a new lease on life. Tom and kala are there for you after your purchase. I couldn’t be more pleased
