I normally don’t write reviews and they did get items removed off of my report by them, but the customer service was questionable at times. I was always communicating with a different person. I feel like in concerns to one’s important information that goes along with your credit, you should be talking to the same person. They have an employee turnover because it was twice I went to reach out to a specific person and they stated the person was no longer employed with them. Also, by the “end” of my report being worked on I was in limbo. They didn’t announce to me they were done. They just stopped working on it. Although I informed them that I moved and had a new address and they followed up by asking me to send in proof. Only for a week later them to say they were complete.. AFTER I asked. They did promise a lot in the beginning during the initial phone call. They didn’t 100% deliver.
