Adam and his team were amazing. They put my house on the internet on Wednesday April 5th than had first showing on Friday April 7th. On Saturday the 8th I had received the offer for the total I had wanted. Soo here we are May 11th and the new owners are in the house that my husband and I loved and worked on for the past 37 years. I probably drove them crazy with all the what ifs but they were very patient and knowledgeable with this old lady and everything went smoothly. Thank you all and I would absolutely recommend Adam and his team.

Rachel was BEYOND wonderful! She targeted the available houses to my price & needs range. I needed to move fast. She was so quick to respond to any questions I had. This girl is a goldmine!!! I will forever be grateful to her for her insight & support during a most difficult time. She found me THE home I wanted & needed and for a price I could afford. I consider her an angel!!!

I can’t thank Adam and his team for what was a very long road to getting this home sold. He was always responsive and attentive despite the fact that that it was a small sale and the first seller backed out two weeks before closing. I’m so grateful for his hard work and attention to detail.

Greg was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Despite it taking about 10 months to secure a plot of land Greg never waivered. Any time I would reach out for information about a property he was quick with a thorough response.

It is unfortunate that I can only give a 5 star review. Rachael deserves at least 10 stars. We came into town from Ohio and was greeted at our 1st home with her smiling presence, what a wonderfully pleasant person she is. She came fully prepared with a 3 page itinerary complete with pictures and time and mileage to the next from the last. She did her research on each property and was fully prepared to answer our every questions the ones that couldn’t be answered at the time have since been answered. During the tours she offered advice and further information on each property. Once again, working with Rachael has been a treat, she is the best realtor we have ever worked with and there have been a few.

Rachel Blotzer was our listing agent when we sold our house earlier this year. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting our house ready for listing and walking us through all the stages of closing, and she put in some serious work for us once we moved out of state and needed help with showings, inspections, and coordinating repairs.
