There were several simultaneous offers on this property however Greg was on top of everything including establishing good, trusting and professional relationships with the seller’s agent and firm which ended up making all the difference in the world. Additionally, during this time my job required me to travel extensively out of the area and Greg stepped up every time often being present for me when I could not be there like at the time of the home inspection before purchase. Greg is an outstanding agent and professional, I was highly satisfied with him and the entire staff at the office and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Greg is a great realtor, he assisted my boyfriend and I on our first home purchase. We were very nervous after 2 homes falling through and a switch in agents to work with Greg, but it was no challenge for him. His kindness and positive attitude was very refreshing. Greg is also great at negotiating. He got us everything we needed or wanted fixed during our inspection negotiation period.
