I had a severe anxiety when speaking publicly even in front of just a few people. I know that many people have this problem and it is kind of normal but for me was so severe that I literally could not speak, had to stop my presentations and could not continue. The fact that I had no control over my body and felt like fainting frightened me. Friend of mine suggested hypnosis since it help him, so I decided to try it.
