After getting my 2k sq ft home furniture moved from VA to CA by Rex, I don't think I can ever go back to DIY type of moving again. The speed and precision at which Rex and his team worked to get our household goods taken care of allowed me to focus my time and attention on the countless other things I had to stress/worry about (car transportation/tenants/work/etc). This was by far the best thing I've done for supporting my moves and I will highly recommend this company to anyone that has never done it before.

Ace did a great job organizing and managing our move. The team that loaded our items at origin were great--showed up right on time, protected surfaces, explained the process, worked efficiently, and were friendly. Everything was great. The team that unloaded our items at destination likewise were excellent--showed up on time, protected surfaces, asked questions and clarified things when needed, proactively noted issues, put feet on furniture, and even removed/reinstalled a door in order to get a large item in a room. Both teams cleaned up their items upon leaving. Our only frustration was with the delivery window--if the route is known from the outset, as drivers on both ends indicated, customers should receive a more targeted (narrow) delivery window. Eg: It's unlikely a van is going to arrive in WA given the van first has other stops in CA, Arizona, and Montana.

I did not have a good experience. Movers were nice and efficient, but after we unboxed our TV, we found a vertical column of dead pixels. Atlas said they're not liable as they didn't pack and box our TV.

I agreed to 10 hours with 4 individuals. Per the sales person that came to give me the estimate, they would be able to take care our move in that time. I told him that EVERYTHING needed to go. They did not take everything. In fact, I moved a good chunk of our belongings before our actual move. So the three guys that came did 10 hours and then left. They also managed to damage quite a bit of our furniture. And we noticed that they didn’t screw in all of the screws to our 6 year old’s bed. Good thing we found out before it collapsed underneath him. Our 10 year old’s bed, they managed to crack one of the supports (not slats for the mattress but for the bed). I will have to purchase a new frame for him. Not only are many of our belongings damaged, I still have to go back and move by myself the rest of the things that they left. $3600 later and I regret every penny.

It was great from scheduling through packing/loading/delivery/ unloading very professional with expert, friendly and helpful personnel!
