My experience with ACE was very good. Just one issue was with the estimate of an antique piece that had to be crated after the fact.

We had several different guys help out between packing, loading, and unloading, and every one of them worked quickly and carefully to make sure all of our things made it safely to our new home. They are absolutely #1 on speed dial for our next move! My household was packed by another company and transported from my ranch to a warehouse in San Fran where Ace picked up the boxes, etc and transported them across country to NY. Everything arrived exactly on the date pre-arranged and the delivery was seamless. Ace Relocation kept in contact with me throughout and I felt very comfortable about all our communication regarding the building on Park Avenue in NYC where the delivery was made.
