Ace Relocation Systems Bay Area

What a great experience. It was awesome from the guy who came out to quote me, to the notice calls to the 3 movers, I cannot say enough. They were professional, in uniform and efficient. They even helped with deciding where to put the furniture. I would recommend Ace Atlas in San Jose highly.

Ace Relocation Systems is great! This is the second time I have used Ace, first time in San Jose. Both Ace locations were professional and efficient. Nothing broke and they'll move things around the house for you. San Jose was super fast! I'll be moving again soon and have already called them to move us.

My wife and I have used ACE twice -- once on a company-sponsored move and once on our own. We have been extremely impressed! Our most recent move was on our own dime and we felt like it was a terrific value given the thoroughness and friendless of this company, its loaders/packers and drivers. Our quote was accurate and everything was on time and well-performed. Most impressive was how quickly our stuff arrived from San Jose to Atlanta. We were able to have direct contact with our driver and the dispatchers were quick to communicate any needs of us and answer questions. We highly recommend ACE and would use them again.

I had never used a moving company before and I was worried about the care of my stuff. Searching online it sounded like these guys do a good job and after using them I can say that they did a great job with my move. They cared for my stuff and I didn't ever see them be rough with it. There were fast to load and unload and I did not find any damage. I would definitely use them again.

We used Ace to move from Los Angeles to the Bay Area in December 2013. This was our second time using Ace Relocation for an in-state move and both experiences were great. From the moment our relocation consultant came to survey our house until the last item was moved into our new house, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The prices are very reasonable, the estimate was dead-on to the price we ended up paying, and all staff members we worked with throughout the process were professional and exceeded our expectations. We used Ace to move in Dec 2013. It was a local move. They came in with a very competitive price (lower than many other big name companies). The assessor arrived at a great time for us and was able to give us a price on the spot. No emailing it in later.
On moving day the guys turned up, wrapped our furniture, helped with the final collecting of items. They were also very good with our young children, understanding of them and joking with them.
Overall very pleased. We'll use them again, should we move.

I chose Ace for my move from the bay to LA b/c of their reputation and binding prices. They came to my house to take a survey of the items I wanted moved so they could give me an accurate weight estimate. Whatever you do, DON'T let them talk you into signing a binding estimate or sell you any packing or boxing with your package. I initially signed a binding estimate quote, but luckily a few days before the move I decided to go with a "not to exceed" quote instead. The guy who came to do the survey assured me that his quote would be very accurate, but my actual weight went over by 2,000 lbs!!! Also, when I got the package deal, I was't sure if I wanted to pack up my TV myself or have them wrap it, so they recommended that I just include it into the deal b/c as long as I didn't use it they could always remove the extra packing charge.
