Definitely fake 5 star reveiws. No one I've spoken to has had a good experience with them, at least 10 or more people from my company. They really deserve a 0 star.
Promised a delivery on a certain range of dates, they don't even bother letting you know. Wait to ensure they can squeeze 1 more package in the truck and then deliver on a date which they knew we weren't going to be there. And then blame us and expect us to wait another 10 days to deliver. Stay away. I've used United a few times with absolutely no problems and it was during the same time period.

I cannot understand where and how they received the good reviews . Not to mention some of our stuff were lost which will be taken tones of time to get reimbursed. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME AND SPACE FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!

Wish I could give a -ve rating for these guys. These people took 1 month to ship our stuff from CA to TX and never gave an update on where our stuff is. And when the items arrived we got to know that they misplaced our 3 seater sofa. I am surprised as how could they misplace a 3 seater SOFA which is such a big piece in itself. They broke our speaker stands too. Filing claims from insurance company is not always a solution as getting claim is a lengthy process and it is not speedy at all. It takes time and a lot of effort to find a couch which you like to be part of your living room. I would not recommend their service to anyone. big NO!!!! This review is not specific to this center but GENERAL feedback on ACE relocations services.

Chris, Steve, Cindy, and everyone who had a hand in our move were spectacular. They were professional, efficient, hard-working, creative and quick-thinking, compassionate (I was coordinating with donation pickups and even a plumber as they started), personable - and even had great tastes in music to which they worked.

The team Steve and Cindy had on the packing end was matched in every way by the team at our destination.

I felt a complete sense of trust in their work and was so impressed by how they managed everything from bringing a several-hundred pound safe up the mountain ridge from our basement to wrapping up Depression glassware from my grandparents' wedding. I was also impressed that the truck was spotless on both ends of the move. (My Unminivan was covered with road dirt from driving the distance, which included snow in Portland.)
