I am not happy with having to put this poor rating however moving is stressful enough whether it is next door or to another country. We moved to Italy from Morgan Hill, California, hiring a moving company so we didn't have to think about the details. Hence a list of items not allowed or items a company is just not willing to ship related to liability issues. Thanks to Ace we are now having to pay lawful charges, destruction charges, penalty charges, and loss of property, ie; antique firearm that is non-op a sentimental gift and an heirloom in addition some airsoft bb guns. Inquiries from day one were asked about these specific items including on packing day.

Crew showed up to move me out of my old apartment apartment late. Damaged the elevator lobby in my old building resulting in me being charged. Can't file a claim after the move day, so you have to file a small claim in court to get any kind of reimbursement.

Move in day at new apartment. Guy called me 20 minutes after the arrival window to tell me it would be at LEAST 2 more hours until he got to my apartment.

Crummy service from a crummy company. I'll never use Ace to relocate my belongings again.
