Friendly services. Everything was processed on time and smoothly. Only suggestion is to be more careful with moving/storing the items. We had a few broken items but the damage claim process was easy and swift.

This was our first major cross state move and it could not have gone better. The teams led by Francisco arrived on time and were very diligent in their wrapping/packing of our possessions, asking many questions to make sure our items were packed and labeled as we desired. Great unpacking crew at our new location that made sure all items were located were we asked and reassembled perfectly! We highly recommend ACE, thank you Francisco!

The team that packed my items were friendly and professional. Same goes for the team that delivered my boxes. They were also efficient and careful.

All phone and email interactions with the staff coordinating my move were also great. I was kept promptly informed and they were a pleasure to deal with.

My car arrived quickly. I needed storage for my other items while waiting for a home to close and that was no problem which was very helpful during a stressful time.
